What it costs, and how we work.
No tiers, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. A paid scope up front, a fixed price for the build, and a working version every week. Here is exactly how the money and the work move.

Scoping
We sketch what you actually need (often less than you think), what it takes to build, and what it costs. You leave with a written plan and a fixed quote. Yours to keep, whether you build with us or anyone else.
- 02Fixed price · 30 / 30 / 30 / 10
Build
One agreed number for the build, with milestones we both sign off on. A real working link every week, thirty minutes mid-week, recorded so you can share it with co-founders or investors.
- 03Your accounts, day one
Launch
Source goes into your repo from the start. Domains and cloud accounts are in your name. NDA signed before scoping. You own the code, the design, and the infrastructure outright.
- 0430 days included
After
A month of looking after it with every build: bug fixes, deploy stability, watching what breaks in week one. After that, an optional small retainer, or take it in-house. Plenty of founders do.
We do not publish a price list, because we do not sell a fixed product. We will not be coy either. Here is where real builds land.
A tight, single build
One clear feature or job, shipped clean.
A few thousand
An MVP
A first usable product real users can touch.
Low five figures
A shaped product
Real backend, payments, accounts, built to scale.
Higher, scoped per build
On the first call we tell you whether your budget is in range and what you can realistically get for it. Under five thousand, sometimes, for something tight. We would rather scope smaller than overpromise.
Included in every build
- A fixed price, held to the number we agreed.
- A working version every week, by real link.
- Source in your repo from day one.
- NDA signed before we see anything sensitive.
- Thirty days of post-launch care.
- All the IP, yours. We keep no licence.
Billed to your own accounts
- Hosting and deployment.
- Email and transactional services.
- Payments (Stripe and similar).
- Analytics and monitoring plans.
We set them up and pick sane plans. Most MVPs run under one hundred dollars a month in infrastructure for a long time.
- 01
Cash only. No equity. It gets messy and slows builds down.
- 02
Milestone invoicing, typically 30 / 30 / 30 / 10. The first invoice goes out after scoping, once you have seen something concrete.
- 03
Scope changes go through a one-page change order: what is added, what is cut to make room, the cost difference. You sign before we start.
- 04
Never more than two builds in parallel, so yours gets senior attention the whole way.
- 05
No hourly billing. No hidden retainers. No surprises on an invoice.
See if your idea is in range.
The first call is free, and we will tell you honestly. A senior builder reads every brief.
