The redesign
Dr Care At Home had a service people already trusted and a site that got in its way. The visit fees, the coverage area, the way to actually reach a doctor: all of it took too many taps. We rebuilt the front around the two things a patient wants to know first. What does a visit cost, and how soon can someone come.

Visit fees laid out by time window, with travel and consultation spelled out before booking
A booking path that opens a WhatsApp chat with the clinic in one tap
